By using this website or placing an order with Petals & Pine, you agree to these terms.

Handmade pieces

Every piece is made by hand from natural materials such as pinecones, dried botanicals and wood. Colors, sizes and textures may vary slightly from the photos, and no two pieces are exactly alike. These natural variations are part of each piece's character, not defects.

Inquiries and orders

Sending an inquiry does not create an order. An order is confirmed only once we have agreed on the piece, price and timing with you directly.

Custom pieces

Custom work begins after we agree on the design and any required deposit is received. We'll do our best to match your vision, but because each piece is handcrafted, the finished work may differ slightly from sketches, samples or reference photos. Deposits on custom pieces are non-refundable once work has started.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted individually and may change until an order is confirmed. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of your order.

Pickup, delivery and shipping

Pieces are made locally in Raleigh, NC. Pickup, delivery or shipping arrangements and any related fees will be confirmed with your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather.

Returns

Because each piece is one of a kind, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Care

Keep pieces indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat to help preserve their color and shape.

Photos and designs

All photos and designs on this website belong to Petals & Pine and may not be copied or used without permission. We may photograph finished pieces, including custom work, for our portfolio.

We may update these terms at any time. The date above shows when they last changed.
